The road to EHDS – How to meet the need for sustainable access and utilization of health data in Sweden?
The purpose of the event was to collectively discuss solutions on how to meet the needs for sustainable access and utilization of health data in Sweden in order to develop a national digital infrastructure for the implementation of EHDS, based on a holistic view of both primary and secondary data use. During the event, three workshops based on patient cases were also conducted to progress further on aspects of interoperability, data security, as well as ethical and social questions.
Participating stakeholders included the government, authorities, institutions, regions/clinics, patient organizations, national quality registries, industry/system vendors, academia/researchers, innovators, and health data projects.

DIGIfor1healthSE – sustainable access to health data
The purpose of the event was to increase participants' knowledge about DIGIfor1healthSE, its collaboration, and the actors involved. The event provided an opportunity to listen, connect, and contribute ideas on how we can create long-term access to health data for Sweden and Europe.
Invited stakeholders included projects that DIGIfor1healthSE has engaged in dialogue with, members of the reference group, relevant authorities within healthcare and digitalization, as well as representatives from various ministries within the Government Offices of Sweden.
